With almost 35 years of experience  in Bariatric Surgery, Oncology, Healthcare Information Technology (HIT), Minimally Invasive Procedures, and Laparoscopy, Dr. Neelamekam is one of the most skilled doctors in Chennai, offering expert treatment with knowledge of advanced surgery equipment specializing in modern surgery . He was the first to conduct successful Liver Transplants in India. Dr. Neelamekam is the pioneer in Gastric surgery, Liver, Pancreas and Biliary Tract Surgery, Bariatrics, Metabolic surgery and is very much experienced with complex liver and pancreas surgeries.
